• Gmail Messages: We access your Gmail messages to display, organize, and manage your emails within the application.
• Email Address and Profile: We access your email address and basic profile information to identify your account.
• Send Emails: We access the ability to send emails on your behalf when you compose and send messages through our application.
• Draft Management: We access the ability to create, read, and delete email drafts.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide email management functionality within PrioraMail:

We do not store your emails or email content on our servers. All email data is:

• Fetched directly from Gmail in real-time
• Processed temporarily in your browser
• Never permanently stored on our servers
• Transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption

We only store your authentication tokens securely to maintain your session and access Gmail on your behalf.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. Your Gmail data remains between you, our application, and Google's Gmail service.

Your Rights

• Revoke PrioraMail's access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings
• Request deletion of your authentication data by logging out of the application

Data Retention

We retain your authentication tokens only while you remain logged in. When you log out, your session data is deleted. We do not retain any email content.

Children's Privacy

PrioraMail is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
