PrioraMail is an email management application that connects to your Gmail account to help you organize, read, compose, and manage your emails. The Service uses the Gmail API to access your email data.

3. User Accounts

To use PrioraMail, you must:

• Have a valid Google/Gmail account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information when authorizing access
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use PrioraMail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

5. Gmail API Usage

PrioraMail's use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of PrioraMail is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your email content on our servers. All email data is fetched in real-time from Gmail and processed in your browser.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service will be available at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by PrioraMail and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrioraMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any errors or omissions in the Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Logging out of the application
• Revoking PrioraMail's access through your Google Account settings

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
